Getting started, modules and pricing

Where to start, what we need from you and how the price is calculated.

How long does it take to implement GoSpin?

GoSpin runs in the cloud, so there are no servers to install. It usually starts with one site and a few modules: we discuss your needs, configure sites and rules, train the team — and you can start working. Equipment integrations are connected gradually, without disrupting work.

Is special equipment required?

No. Mobile employees only need a phone or tablet, while managers and clients need a browser. If the site already has cameras, gates or an access control system, they can be connected through a local network gateway — buying new equipment is not necessary.

Do we need to use all modules from day one?

No. All modules are included in the price, and for each site you enable only the ones you need now — for example, you start with work logs and guard tours, then enable visitor registration or contractor management later at no extra cost.

How much does GoSpin cost?

The fee is based on the number of active sites. All modules, unlimited users, updates and technical support are included. Book a demo — we’ll discuss your sites and prepare a specific quote. The demo comes with no obligation.

Will it be too complicated for employees?

The mobile interface is designed specifically for mobile employees — core actions (log entry, checkpoint marking, visitor registration) take just a few taps. During implementation, we train employees, managers and clients.

Security and data

Who can see your data, where it is stored and what GDPR compliance looks like.

Who can see our site data?

Only those you grant permissions to. Access is role-based: employees see their own working environment, managers see the entire site, while external parties (e.g. a security services company or contractors) see only what concerns them. Each client’s data is separated from the others.

Where is the data stored and is it secure?

Data is stored in reliable cloud infrastructure with backups. Each client’s data is separated (multi-tenant architecture), login is protected by two-factor authentication (2FA), IP allowlists are available, and key actions are recorded with the author and exact time. Local integrations are connected through the gateway — the internal site network is not exposed to the internet.

Does the system comply with GDPR requirements?

Yes. Visitor personal data can be automatically anonymized after the configured period, access to data is role-based, and all key actions are recorded in the audit log. Guest and contractor pages are available in Lithuanian, English and Russian.

Where is the data stored?

GoSpin operates as a cloud platform — there is no need to install your own servers. The specific data storage location, retention periods and access policy are documented in the data processing agreement before implementation.

Who can see our site data?

Only users you grant permissions to. Data is separated both between clients and between individual sites — an administrator of one site cannot see data from another site.

What can the security contractor see?

Only what you allow. The contractor role is restricted by areas and sites, and records of work performed by the contractor remain in your system, not in the contractor’s documents.

Can we get a detailed security description?

Yes. We provide a detailed description of the security architecture and answers to vendor assessment questionnaires during the assessment.

Does connecting to the gates require opening the internal network?

No. Local equipment is connected through a gateway running on your network — the gateway initiates the connection from inside to the outside, so no open internet-facing ports are required.
