Implementation and getting started

From conversation to a working system

Implementation is not an IT project with servers and long timelines. GoSpin runs in the cloud: start with one site and a few modules, then expand once the system is already working for you.

We configure and train you — your team keeps working as before, just without paper.

Why getting started is simple

Four things you won’t have to do

No servers

GoSpin runs in the cloud — there is no infrastructure to install or maintain.

Start with one site

No “big bang” — start small and expand with a reason.

Modules as needed

Enable only what you need today; add the rest when needed.

Integrations in stages

Existing equipment is connected through the gateway later, without disrupting work.

Process

Five implementation stages

At each stage, it is clear what happens, what we need from you and what the result will be.

  1. 01

    Needs assessment

We meet in person or remotely and review your sites, processes and current record-keeping — what is recorded on paper, what is in “Excel” files, and where problems most often arise. We select the modules that will deliver the most value right away and agree which site to start with.

From you: 1–2 hours for the discussion and a person who knows the day-to-day processes well.
A clear implementation plan: sites, modules, sequence.
  2. 02

    Configuration

We create your sites with zones, gates and rules, add users with roles and permissions, and prepare inspection routes, logs and task templates. No servers to install — everything runs in the cloud platform.

From you: list of sites, users and existing processes (routes, rules).
The platform is ready specifically for your sites.
  3. 03

    Training

We train all user groups: mobile employees — to work by phone (log, checks, incidents), managers — with dashboards, tasks and reports, and your clients — to use their access. The mobile interface is designed for work on site, so the main actions take just a few taps.

From you: time for team training (by shift).
The team is ready to work from day one.
  4. 04

    Go-live

You start working on a real site. During the first few weeks, we monitor how things are going and adjust the configuration to real day-to-day work. Integrations with local equipment — cameras, gates, access control — are connected gradually through the local gateway, without disrupting work.

From you: feedback from the team; for integrations — access to local equipment.
A working system in day-to-day operations.
  5. 05

    Expansion

Once the first site is running smoothly, we add new sites, enable additional modules and deeper integrations. Each site gets only what it actually needs: the system grows with your business, without a new implementation project every time.

From you: only the decision on what to connect next.
All sites — in one platform.
What’s next

A system that keeps improving

GoSpin is continuously improved: deeper integrations with access and video surveillance systems, broader analytics and automatic anomaly detection. Once implemented, you get new capabilities without additional implementation projects — the vision is to become the central platform for managing physical site operations.

  • Deeper integrations
  • Broader analytics
  • Automatic anomaly detection
FAQ

Frequently asked questions about implementation

All frequently asked questions

How long does it take to implement GoSpin?

GoSpin runs in the cloud, so there are no servers to install. It usually starts with one site and a few modules: we discuss your needs, configure sites and rules, train the team — and you can start working. Equipment integrations are connected gradually, without disrupting work.

Is special equipment required?

No. Mobile employees only need a phone or tablet, while managers and clients need a browser. If the site already has cameras, gates or an access control system, they can be connected through a local network gateway — buying new equipment is not necessary.

Will it be too complicated for employees?

The mobile interface is designed specifically for mobile employees — core actions (log entry, checkpoint marking, visitor registration) take just a few taps. During implementation, we train employees, managers and clients.
